Blue Heron Hideaways Nest

When you stay at the Nest, the sea is literally at your
doorstep. At night the insistent and rythmic hiss of waves
breaking on shore, will lull you to sleep. Just walk out the
front door, follow the boardwalk for about fifty paces, and
you are on the pristine white sand of our private cove, with
the warm clear waters of the Gulf of Saint Lawrence
beckoning you. Or, if a different kind of exercise is in your
mood, the beach streches endlessly east and west, perfect
for hiking and beachcombing with only the seabirds for
company. The Nest is our octagonal shaped cottage - one
large living and dining area, with full bathroom and
kitchenette attached - furnished with an emmense oversize
king size bed, as well as pots and pans, cutlery, towels,
sheets and everything else you need to make your vacation
a restfull and unforgetable experience. And here's the
topper ... it's painted pink inside - walls and ceilings and
the whole shebang. Outside you have your own deck and
verandah from which to take in the sea breezes while
dinner broils on the gas barbecue. The Nest rents for
$CDN990 per week in season, from June 15 to September 15.
A deposit of $CDN500 weekly is required to confirm your
booking. (Should you cancel, we will return 75% of your
deposit provided we are able to re-book your space.)
