Overlooking the head of beautiful Tracadie Bay at Blooming Point by majestic sanddunes that seperate the bay from the broad azure ocean ... is Blue Heron Hideaways spectacular new two storey 2000 square foot beach house with attached 14' x 16' screened Gazebo. It sits with a breathtaking panoramic water view on a spacious acreage beside the seaside protected PEI National Parklands. The house has wonderful wide upper and lower decks with chaise lounges, cedar table and chairs, gas barbecue, propane cooker, and hammocks. The interior of the house is well appointed with the best in furniture and appliances. Comfortable ultrasuede sofas and chairs, diningroom set with long harvest table ready to accommodate up to ten. It has a fireplace and other electric heat. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, two queen sized beds ( one in the big downstairs bedroom ), bunk-beds and a double bed chesterfield in the fourth bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs with shower and one very large bathroom upstairs with a jacuzzi bathtub and seperate shower area. The laundry room has large capacity washer and dryer. And there's a cute small barn in the backyard. There are over ten miles of fabulous safe beaches to roam just 500 feet from the front door. And there are acres of facinating woods, fields and dunes beside the place to explore. The wild beauty of this magic place brings flocks of seabirds, small animals, eagles, blue herons, hawks etc. ... delicious things abound to pick ( berries, wild flowers, sweet grasses ); and dig ( clams ) and catch ( fish, crab, etc. ) and find ( mussels, seashells, and other treasures of the sand and sea).
